下午：孔子學(xué)院理事會(huì)議：內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、年度預(yù)算與年度工作計(jì)劃、各類教學(xué)項(xiàng)目的課程設(shè)置計(jì)劃與招生計(jì)劃等事宜。

12月14日

上午：與馬來西亞沙巴大學(xué)國際部負(fù)責(zé)人見面，探討校際教育與科研合作項(xiàng)目事宜，簽署合作意向書。

下午：與馬來西亞沙巴大學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)人見面，商討兩校工程類專業(yè)合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目

Morning: attending  the first Board Meeting of UMS CI: discussing regulations on development  planning, human resource, finance, assets and teaching.

Afternoon: attending  the first Board Meeting of UMS CI: discussing internal organization setup,  annual budget and work plan, teaching program and enrollment plan, etc.

Morning: Meeting with  director of International Development and discussing details in the cooperatively-run programmes  in education and scientific research between CSUST and UMS .

Afternoon:  Meeting with relevant administrators and exploring the cooperation  possibilities in the field of engineering between CSUST and UMS
