July 7^th to August 31^stis Summer holiday. Next semester begins from 1^STSeptember, 2012. If any student want to ask for leave for summer holiday, he/she should first go to International Students Office to fill the ASK-FOR-LEAVE form.

All the students should come back to school before 1^STSeptember, 2012, otherwise he/she will be regarded as absent from classes and be punished, and he/she will be totally responsible for that. When you come back from other cities or abroad, please inform the office within 24 hours after you arrive in Changsha, if not, he/she will be totally responsible for any penalties from the local Chinese public security.

All international students should prevent your school lives fromfire, thieves, disease and accidentduring holiday, and do not swim in river or lake! If such things happen, please inform the office immediately (85258722/85258991), and the Alarm telephone number in this campus is 85258110.

The office for electricity power will be close during the holiday, please make sure you have enough electricity power to use in your electricity power card, if you need recharge, please go to electricity power office before 16:00 o’clock Friday, July 6^th.
