楊旭，男，湖南益陽人，1989年生，工學博士，現為長沙理工大學土木工程學院講師，碩士研究生導師。主要從事FRP增強纖維增強水泥基復合材料加固等方面的研究；截止2024年2月，已發表SCI/EI論文15余篇。
