報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介:孫星明，南京信息工程大學(xué)教授，博導(dǎo)。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、國(guó)家氣象行業(yè)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家水利行業(yè)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家國(guó)際科技合作項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)，參與國(guó)家973、863、973前期專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等國(guó)家項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)，獲省級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)六項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任ICCCS2015、ICCCS2016等國(guó)際會(huì)議主席。在IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security、IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、IEEE Transactions on Image Processing、IEEE Transaction on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、InfoCom等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要期刊和會(huì)議上發(fā)表高質(zhì)量論文100多篇。多篇論文被美國(guó)Purdue大學(xué)，英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)，挪威信息安全國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室等國(guó)內(nèi)外同行專(zhuān)家引用，目前ESI全球高被引論文17篇。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介:Dr. Arun Kumar Sangaiah received his Ph.D from VIT University and Master of Engineering from Anna University, in 2007 and 2014, respectively. He is currently Associate Professor at School of Computing Science and Engineering, VIT University, Vellore, India. He was a visiting professor at School of computer engineering at Nanhai Dongruan Information Technology Institute in China (September. 2016-Jan. 2017). He has published more than 180 scientific papers in high standard SCI journals like IEEE-TII, IEEE-Communication Magazine, IEEE systems, IEEE-IoT, IEEE TSC, IEEE ETC and etc. In addition he has authored/edited over 8 books (Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Taylor and Francis) and 50 journal special issues such as IEEE-Communication Magazine, IEEE-IoT, IEEE consumer electronic magazine etc. His area of interest includes software engineering, computational intelligence, wireless networks, bio-informatics, and embedded systems. Also, he was registered a one Indian patent in the area of Computational Intelligence. Besides, Prof. Sangaiah is responsible for Editorial Board Member/Associate Editor of various international SCI journals.
