Registration Procedure

1. 到學院留學生管理辦公室報到 (留學生公寓103)/ Registration in International Students Office（International Students Appartment）

◆遞交錄取通知書和復印件、護照和復印件、照片(4張)等有關材料辦理報到注冊手續

Register with your Admission Notice, passport information page and visa page, (original & copy versions), four passport-size pictures and others materials as required.

2.到宿舍安排住宿 /Accommodation

◆到106辦理登記入住手續

Register for accommodation in 106

3.到學校財務處行辦理交費/ Payment at finance section (Administrive Building I 205)

4.體檢、簽證辦理/ Physical Check and Visa

留學生需在簽證有效期限內（一般為一個月內）辦理體檢和簽證手續

You should have your physical check and visa (Resident Permit) done in valid time (one month from your entry into China generally)
